This comprehensive approach allows us to provide a wide range of services and across multiple regions.

Legacy’s Head Office is located in Auckland from where we can service projects spanning across Auckland, Northland and Bay of Plenty regions.  Our Wellington office is located in Paraparaumu with a dedicated team that specialises in servicing the Wellington and greater Wellington regions

The in-house difference

Since the company was formed in March 2001, we have forged strong partnerships with a growing list of high-profile clients. They benefit from the strength of our in-house team of qualified and highly-skilled trades people which includes carpenters employed directly by us. This is a factor that sets us apart in the construction industry today – one that will be of significant benefit to you because it assures you that the team we appoint to work on your project is a cohesive group with a strong track record.

Another stand-out feature of our service is our commitment to taking 'ownership' of your project which means we will work to the highest standards and take personal pride in delivering a job well done.

Your interior project will also benefit from quality fixtures manufactured in the onsite Legacy Joinery workshop however if it's Plumbing, Drainlaying, Painting or Minor building work you require our Maintenance Works division are readily available to assist.

A 'can-do' culture

At Legacy, we foster a culture of 'can-do'. How? By recruiting individuals who possess the essential skills, knowledge, experience, and attitude required to effectively handle a diverse range of projects, regardless of their size, budget, or industry.

Memberships

  • “Sincere appreciation for the completion of the stormwater drainage and landscaping project that addressed some long-standing issues.” “Property Committee provided feedback that the overall effective project management, seamless integration and collaboration of sub-contractors and a ‘nothing was too much trouble’ attitude all were significant contributors to what is an excellent outcome especially as it was a fairly fluid approach with no developed project design up front.”

Iain Gallie - Presiding member – Rosmini School Board

  • We entered the Symonds St Toilets for a Resene award and it won the Heritage Maestro Award - congratulations and thank you to everyone who worked so hard on this complicated, much loved little building.

Tracey Hartley - Salmond Reed Architects

  • “These premises were designed to reflect values and place of Te Taitokerau. From the outset Legacy took the time to understand what our values were on this project. The result was work practises that aligned with the tikanga of the Whangārei Māori Land Court. Legacy bought a kaupapa that is evident in the mauri of the premises”.

Nicole Dannhauser - Ministry of Justice Property Project Manager
