Legacy were engaged early and contributed substantial design inputs, including safety considerations, mechanical and electrical design and coordination, as well as contributions to various other critical aspects of design, procurement planning, and cost estimation. The project delivery included the complete demolition of all interior hard and soft fit-out elements, followed by a comprehensive redesign for a new fit-out, including the installation of data,audio visual and security network systems.
