Managing Director Shane Hartner has been Contract Manager for all of our large and
most complex contracts including those involving remedial work on leaky buildings
and projects involving busy, 'live' environments. Key strengths include: clear,
frequent communication with clients; adeptness at assessing project requirements,
identifying issues and offering optimum solitions; keeping a clear head under
pressure; contractual management; and the ability to form strong relationships
with all stakeholders. His contracts exceed client expectiations, time and time
again.

With a BSC Construction Management (hons) behind him, Dave has developed an
impressive aptitude for Quantity Surveying. In addition to this, Dave possesses
an excellent level of both construction knowledge and programming giving him
the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with a broad spectrum of
clients, subcontractors and suppliers. His strong negotiation skills, attention
to detail and ability to manage costs and variations ensures that every
possible cost saving is achieved for the client. Dave joined Legacy
Construction in 2003

Well-known in the industry for his ability to complete high pressure, complex
jobs on time and to the highest of quality standards, Nick is a highly skilled
Project Manager. For the past 10 years he has been Project Manager for some of
Legacy's most complex projects. With a natural ability to form strong client
relationships, Nick consistently goes out of his way to ensure projects meet
client expectations and all contractual obligations. Nick joined Legacy Construction
in 2002.

Grant offers a wealth of knowledge gained from both local and international
experience including the management of multi-story building projects. Grant is
extremely practically minded and possesses trade knowledge of construction that
can only be learnt through years on the job and through exposure to a variety
of projects. Grant joined Legacy Construction in 2003.

Sebastian constantly reaches and exceeds project goals, is exceptionally skilled
in working to timeframes and budgets, and has a strong work ethic. Highly
respected by his clients, he combines strong leadership with his skills in
contract management and health and safety management. He brings to roles
his experience as a Project Manager, having worked on high-profile projects
involving remedial recladding and live environments. Sebastian joined Legacy
Construction in 2007.
