Since joining the company Dave has been involved in practically every project carried out by Legacy Construction in either estimating, contract QS or senior QS roles. In addition to his quantity surveying capability, Dave possesses an excellent level of both construction knowledge and planning ideally positioning him to undertake a contract management role on our smaller projects. His strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage costs and variations ensures that every possible cost saving is achieved for the client.
