We're not shy to say we have some of the best people in the business – from qualified foremen with apprenticeship backgrounds and trades registration, to construction management graduates combining high level knowledge with on-site experience.

Hands-on management
The 'can-do' attitude of the Legacy team comes from the top, with hands-on management providing top-level leadership on site for every contract. You will have direct communication with your project's site manager and our managing director – that means decisions affecting your project will be arrived at quickly, and progress will be made without delay.
Safety
We are committed to the safety of our staff and everyone who comes into contact with the construction environment. Our team is Site Safe registered and we work closely with a health and safety consultant who audits our systems, and checks we are working to our company's health and safety policy.

Our Subcontractors
We have a strong presence in the market place. Coupled with our assertive tendering process we ensure we achieve the best available prices from professional subcontractors and suppliers.
Legacy works with a wide range and ever increasing pool of subcontractors and suppliers. We ensure the best subcontractors are selected based on specific project requirements and are only engaged when they have proven their ability to provide the required standards.
Legacy takes pride in their ability to work well with any subcontractor, whether they are engaged as a result of competitive tender or are a client preferred/nominated contractor or supplier.
We draw up formal Subcontract Agreements for engaged subcontractors.
Plant and Equipment
Legacy owns and maintains the necessary plant and equipment to service project requirements. This includes trucks, scissor lifts, diggers, lazers, mobile scaffold and general construction tools. Our Maintenance Contracts Carpenters have vans fully kitted with necessary tools.
Other major plant is either hired or forms part of our subcontractor's trade packages.
